Third time here, they seem to do banking on their own terms. I have problems EVERY TIME. All I heard 4 times today is "it doesn't work that way" "no, that can not happen" all I wanted was to put my payroll check towards a credit card payment. I do it at tons of other US Banks and no questions asked. THEN, you can't even verify if a refund on my account has been processed.... you are incompetent. Glad that not all US banks are like this one. Will NEVER come here again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
